Nicole Wick, Vice President of Operations, joined SVP in 2017 at hospital number 25. With over 25 years of business operations experience (ten in the veterinary industry), she has the pleasure of leading a talented team of 9 Regional Operations Directors, the Specialty Division and the Continuous Improvement team. She also partners with our executive leadership and headquarters teams to create operational processes that best serve our teammates, clients and patients. By serving in this capacity, she has the opportunity to live out her passion for coaching teams through business processes and delivering the highest quality of service to our clients and their pets.

Originally from Michigan, she now lives in Tennessee with her husband Jesse and their three children (two daughters and a son) and five pets: a Beagle, an English Cream Golden Retriever, and three cats. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, bad reality TV, and Detroit Tiger’s baseball. Her true passion is travel having visited over ten countries and with her favorites being Italy, Portugal, and Vietnam.
