Southern Veterinary Partners earned the rank of 235 on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing companies in America.
This is the first year that Southern Veterinary Partners (SVP) is on the Inc. 5000 list, which evaluates growth over a 3-year span. SVP was founded in 2014 with 3 veterinary hospitals in Alabama and as of August 15th, 2018 has 59 hospitals across 10 southern states.
SVP is the highest-ranking company in Birmingham and Alabama on the list and ranks as the 19th fastest-growing healthcare company in America.

Inc. 5000 Methodology
The 2018 Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2014 and 2017. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2014. They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2017. Companies on the Inc. 500 are featured in Inc.’s September issue.
